You’re making the move from Labor Insight to Talent Analyst!
There are many great new insights available to you in Talent Analyst–it’s a treasure trove of data and we want to make sure you know where to find everything you need. Most of the insights you can find in Labor Insight are already available in Talent Analyst, however some features will be added in the coming months. Please note that there are some reports and data points that will not be transferred due to general lack of use. If you do find that one of these reports or data points previously available in Labor Insight is crucial to your work, please let us know! Again, we want to make sure you have everything you need to succeed using Talent Analyst.
Let’s start by going over where to find the key reports in Talent Analyst.
Much like Labor Insight, Talent Analyst has a dashboard of reports that serve to address different use cases and queries.

To make similar queries In Talent Analyst, head to the Report Builder card under the “Demand” tab, or simply search for it under “All”.
In the Report Builder, you can create a custom report out of individual data packets:

Will I have access to the same job postings data in Labor Insight? Will the data be historically consistent?
Yes! Both Labor Insight and Talent Analyst are drawing from EBG job postings data which is consistent with historical Labor Insights data.
Can I use BGTOCCs in Talent Analyst?
Yes. BGTOCCs and sub-categories (Career Area, Occupation Family, Occupation, and Specialized Occupation) are all available in Talent Analyst. They are now labeled as the Global Occupation Taxonomy.
To view different levels of the Global Occupation Taxonomy, select “browse” and select a taxonomic level:
Is there a Create Reports option in Talent Analyst?
Yes, there is a report called Report Builder where you can create a custom section of job posting data visualizations.
